The unit is currently configured for 20” panels.

- Replaced tubing and fittings on vacuum manifolds.

- Heavy soak and cleaning of the vacuum section. (PB Tips and CBU)

- Replaced hosing from brass solenoid valves to the vacuum manifold on MCU.

- All New PB Air fittings.

- 2x new tacking rubber (Top and Bottom).

- New main pressure regulator.

- Fixed all air leaks - 2 new bottom PB cylinder, new Lower PB Pressure Regulator, rebuilt solenoid valve manifold.

- Replaced beam sensor with newer generation OMRON Beam Sensor.

- Cleaned up all the wiring block on the Main Center Unit. Re-mounted front wiring block with a much more substantial mount. 

- Greased centering bar action on front conveyor.

- All 3 AccuRides replaced with Brand New replacements. 

- New handle lock, both sides.

- Fixed all covers, doors, and latches / rebuilt main door.

- 2 new roll heaters (Top and Bottom Roll).

- New bottom PB heater.

- Cleaned up the rear side main wiring cabinet.

- Replaced Thermocouple wire from rear wiring cabinet to rear side of MCU, as well as fron the rear side of the MCU to the PBs.

- Replaced all faulty SSRs for the rolls and PBs and verified the integrity of the remaining units with a meter.

- Replaced the main PLC unit and the temperature control card.

- Approximately 95% of the fuses and relays have been replaced with new units, including the control board in the rear wiring cabinet and the external relay block.

- Upgraded the Omron beam sensor on the front conveyor to a newer model for better longevity and ease of use.

- ON/OFF HOME switch to lock the machine out of Home Position.
