- Front and Rear conveyor have been modified (rollers have been added at the correct widths) to accept all panel sizes, not just the 20" that it was originally produced to process.
- Replaced tubing and fittings on vacuum manifolds.
- Heavy soak and cleaning of the vacuum section. (PB Tips and CBU)
- Replaced hosing from brass solenoid valves to the vacuum manifold on MCU.
- All New PB Air fittings.
- 2x new tacking rubber (Top and Bottom).
- New main pressure regulator.
- Fixed all air leaks - 2 new bottom PB cylinders, new Lower PB Pressure Regulator, rebuilt entire solenoid valve manifold.
- Upgraded beam sensor with newer generation OMRON Beam Sensor for leading and trailing edge accuracy and ease of programming.
- Cleaned up all the wiring blocks on the Main Center Unit. Re-mounted front wiring block with a much more substantial mount.
- Greased centering bar action on front conveyor.
- All 3 AccuRides replaced with Brand New replacements.
(This can cost DAYS in downtime if these fail.)
- New handle lock, both sides.
- Fixed all covers, doors, and latches / rebuilt main door.
- 2 new roll heaters (Top and Bottom Roll).
- New bottom PB heater.
- Cleaned up the rear side main wiring cabinet.
- Replaced Thermocouple wire from rear wiring cabinet to rear side of MCU, as well as from the rear side of the MCU to the PBs.
- Recoat Rolls.
- ON/OFF HOME switch to lock the machine out of Home Position.
- Replaced all faulty SSRs for the rolls and PBs and verified the integrity of the remaining units with a meter.
- Replaced the main PLC unit and the temperature control card to ensure reliability.
- Approximately 95% of the fuses and relays have been replaced with new, including the control board in the rear wiring cabinet and the external relay block.
