Front Conveyor Control Panel
All critical vacuum section parts have been removed and replaced with completely refurbished materials. The white teflon faceplates have been replaced with Aluminum Hardcoat Teflon Faceplates for extended durability and reliability. All tubing to the center section has been completely replaced with Brand New. All wiring to the PBs has been replaced with new. The old style temperature sensors have been switched out for Exergen IR sensors that provide more reliable reading while being able to sit farther from the roll, reducing the risk of scratching the Laminating Rolls both during operation and when changing the rolls. All cutter assemblies have been completely disassembled and reassembled.
Front Side MCU has been cleaned and refurbished. All wiring has been verified and cleaned up. New electrodes, Roll heaters, and Carbon brushes (top side, green) installed.
The back side of the MCU has been cleaned up. All wiring has been verified and we installed our Roll End Caps to ensure the roll does not travel in the event the snap ring is removed or falls off.
Ring Blower has been installed to replace the Vacuum Pump with Carbon Blades. The old vacuum pumps are very dangerous with an open belt drive style and would exude black carbon powder into the clean room.
Rear Conveyor
Back Cabinet wiring all verified and cleaned up. You can see the External Relay Block (Bottom Middle) that we install to protect critical Outputs on the newly installed Mitsubishi PLC.
All Temperature Controllers have been calibrated and the other electrical components on the Front Control Panel have been verified for proper use.
