We have been involved in the diagnosis, service, support and spare parts for Cutsheet laminators since 1984 and we have the highest degree of knowledge in terms of lamination of dry film resist lamination.  Many times we can troubleshoot dry film imaging problems that no one else can. 

Service and evaluation of your equipment will include the following:

- Evaluate each unit for operational capabilities.

- Adjust Process Area to OEM specifications as needed. 

- Rid machine of wrinkling problems to allow for consistent usage. 

- Identify which parts may be at fault for this problem or identify which adjustments.

- Address any on-going problems which maintenance may be experiencing.

- Provide a detailed audit of the units and make recommendations, discuss solutions to machine and process issues.

- Operator and Maintenance training as required.

- Backup PLC program will be recorded and archived at GMM’s facility and forwarded via email.

Service Rates (Weekday) :
$1,875.00 per day - 2 Technicians 
$1,275.00 per day - 1 Technician

Service Rates (Weekend) :
$2,475.00 per day - 2 Technicians 
$1,875.00 per day - 1 Technician

Travel Rate:      
$65.00 per hour - Tier I Technician
$55.00 per hour - Tier II Technician

All travel expenses will be billed directly from receipts.   

All parts will be billed on the invoice at list price.
